Peter Tieryas (tieryas) | 25 comments Hi GR librarians! My book, Mecha Samurai Empire, is part of a new 2 book series with all new characters set in the United States of Japan universe but isn't actually part 2 of USJ. I had edited it the book to just read (A United States of Japan Novel) but it got changed to United States of Japan #2 by default. Could we change to the earlier if that's okay and that way it can match Amazon as well? Thank you!

Thank you for doing that! Would it be too much trouble if it said "A United States of Japan Novel"? If so, no worries. This is much better! Thanks either way! =)

Scott | 9411 comments It actually does say that in the record but the book page won't display subtitles like that. You'll see it on your author page, though.

lethe | 16368 comments I confess I did change "A United States of Japan Novel" to "United States of Japan" in the title field, because according to GR policy we do not use "A Novel", "A ... Novel", etc. in the titles :)

Sandra | 31523 comments How about United States of Japan World?

Scott | 9411 comments That just sounds weird.

Sandra | 31523 comments Universe? LOL

In UF we often use World to denote part of the same universe but not exactly part of the main series.
