I think she will. And I also believe, given her actions, that road will be bumpy.

She'll definitely try to best her master's title, but only her wit, luck and ruthlessness will determine her success.

Thankfully Aselin is not Lavina...but I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing. I bonded with Lavina...the villain I love to hate, because of her vulnerability. But does Aseline have that same sense of softness? Her background might influence her to a different path.
