the books starts with heroine heavily pregnant and waiting in a wedding dress in front of her house to get married to her friend before the baby is born. and the hero (who I think was her boss) enters and then forces her to marry him.
They get married and the hero wants to keep the heroine and the baby to himself and whenever heroine sends a letter to her family to reconciles,the hero secretly steals the letters.

Its I think a employer-employee romance.
