I've been searching for this book and for the life of me i can't remeber the title or the aurther. I believe read it in 2007 or 2006.... Its about two strangers an young African American women and an older White gentelman who are the only survivers of a plane crash. I remeber that the plane crashed into the ocean and they had to swim for a near by island. I'm not sure but I believe its an older book possibly written in the 90's early 00's. The cover of the book was one solid color I think it was maybe yellow not to sure though...

Nope. There was romance but i belive it focused more on there survival and inner demons.
The Gods Laughed by Kaya Casper? According to Amazon the paperback was published in 2002. "A beautiful young black woman and an aging white man are the only survivors of a terrible plane crash. What will they find on the island?"
