Removed author name from title. I did not change the subtitle as the current one matches the cover of this edition.Worldcat (the preferred source for page counts for GR) says this ISBN has 244 pages.
There would have to be an alternative cover created, which I have not done.
Thanks for the changes. 272 came from the publisher's website: https://www.hodder.co.uk/books/detail..., which is the total number in the book; 244 is the number of pages up the end of the index, not including the introduction. Not sure which is the Goodreads preference, but I think 244 should be fine.
If the introduction was unnumbered or had roman numerals, we don't count it.

The number of pages is 272. Also, the author's name is duplicated in the title here: it should just be Mating in Captivity: Unlocking Erotic Intelligence.
Later reprints of this edition (such as the one I'm reading, the 15th printing) have a different cover, closely matching the later US editions but with slightly different text—this is it: https://d1w7fb2mkkr3kw.cloudfront.net.... Not sure if it's best to change the cover for this edition on Goodreads or set up a number 'alternative cover' edition with the same ISBN.
