This is sort of a "throw everything at the wall and see what sticks" approach, but will any of these work?
Will this cover work? I can see a chin on one of the girls, but everyone else is headless...School's Out
I think these 2 work, but if I can get them confirmed... John Boyne seems to like having covers with headless people!

I have this book and that "red spot above the scarf" are her lips ....

Yes, I have the book in hand and agree that the red is lips but without an outline of a face or chin. I do have somewhere else it will fit, but that task has more options so I figured I would ask on this one...

"The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”, a horror story by American author Washington Irving was first published in 1820. It is among the earliest examples of American fiction with enduring popularity, especially during Halloween because of a character known as the Headless Horseman.
This is a one book task. Your book must be at least 300 pages in length. No books with the main page genre childrens or kids can be used for this task.
Read a book with a cover featuring a person without a head. No part of the head (anything above the neck) may be visible but, at least 50% of the torso must be shown. For the purposes of this task, the torso is defined as the area from the shoulder to hip.
