Yağız “Yaz” Erkan (yagiz) | 13 comments Hi all,

I'm a new member.
I've a quick question. I searched through the forums but I couldn't find the answer to that:
How do you or do you coordinate the reading speed of the group for the selected books?

Thanks.

Silvio Curtis | 245 comments We don't normally. That's why there's often a thread with spoilers and one without going at the same time - some people have finished the book and some haven't.

L.G. Estrella | 231 comments Normally, you just pick the thread that suits you - either the one for first impressions or the one for those who have finished the book.

Penny (penne) | 748 comments Hi Yagiz

We open the *no spoilers* thread at the beginning of the month and only start a *spoilers* thread about half way through the month. We like to give everyone a chance to finish the books before we start discussing them. The final thoughts threads for this months books should go up in the next day or two.

Jeanette Revie | 56 comments Yay! I did something different for Sept. I ordered a copy of The Way of Shadows in paperback instead of digital like I have been. It just came in and I'm excited to get started! :-)

Neither of August's books appealed to me but I was still reading The Lathe of Heaven from July which I just finished last night. I liked it.

I usually pick one of the two books for a month because I don't get a lot of time to read. It works for me. :)
