#705, #707 - I found the actual book on B. J. Hardy profile. Corrected the author name, combined the editions and merged the blank duplicate with no details

These editions have different ISBNs, so we cannot merge them.
I corrected author name to GR standards.
Hello, I was recently published in an anthology. The project manager has sent out all sorts of confusing directions and I should have known better, but I created the book in my profile anyway even though it was already created. Could you please delete it?

It is a series placeholder that a bot uploaded from Amazon with too many reviews for me to delete. I have already combined it with volume 1; the most popular volume 1 edition is also the correct edition for the reviews to be merged into, so it shouldn't need to be separated before deletion for the reviews to go to the right place.
After deletion, the following ASIN will need to be NABd B072B8JQM8 (I could do it if the deletor doesn't)

It's a perfectly valid book record. It just needed some editing, which I have done.
