Timeframe for posting to the ARC threads

Guten Tag, alle.

With my first book coming up, I'm hoping to post to the ARC thread to find some reviewers, but when would be the best time to post about said ARCs?

Right now, my work is between the first and second copy-edit, after which the proofreading check will come. I'll be working on the final templates for my Lulu distribution from now until Werewolf Tale is ready to release.

From what I'm reading, books that are already published or within a week of being published are within the right timeframe, but if not, when would be a better time?
