Thank god the inhumane misery of the past few weeks has apparently broken. My god! Worst humidity in years! Consarn this hellish metropolis!

I've been in some hot landscapes around the world but the sticky, syrupy heat of New York is MISERABLE

Right now is the most beautiful part of the year as far as I'm concerned.

I get more excited by a big white round Spring moon (I'm a night person) but if I have to weigh strictly daytime, this gets my vote

Seriously; winter days in New York are drab...butt-ugly; and Summer--as we have just seen--is sticky and nasty.
