Does the author's name include the first and surname? For example, would American Street by Ibi Zoboi fit the task?

Does it have to be a single author, or can it be something like this: Meanwhile, Elsewhere: Science Fiction and Fantasy from Transgender Writers by Cat Fitzpatrick? Several of the contributing authors also have a Z in their names.
