Book numbering - found 41,209,000+

With the indication of over 700,000 titles, I thought the book numbers might be 6 digits. But examination found one of the highest book numbers at 41,209,000. In fact, while running the application I could see that Goodreads was updating the database with hundreds of new titles as the highest number was at 41,200,340 when we first ran the application.

Title 41,125,002 is an interesting "non-book" book?. It's title is:
'utsukushiihitoninarerubiyouhifukagasusumerubinoshuukan'
but there is no other information associated with this book.
