Paulo, there is a 1925 Portuguese edition listed on WorldCat. I'd say that the cover on the GR 1925 one is wrong, and it should be the 1955 edition, like all the other amazing covers. So we should make a new 1955 edition. Can you confirm that the link you posted above is the cover for the 1955 edition?

Yes, the collection "Vampiro - Os mestres da literatura policial" started in 1947 and the cover of "O Segredo de Chimneys" is from the 1955 edition.

Nevertheless is strange that exists a 1925's Portuguese edition of this book because that was the original book release year.

Yes, that was why I checked WorldCat, cause that seemed unusual. And its listed there for 1925, no telling whether its accurate though. But if its listed on WorldCat we have to go along with it.

So I'll add the 1955 edition (which isn't on WorldCat) with that cover.

#84 I agree it looks like a 60's publication, but many different booksellers on Abebooks all have it as the 1992 edition & they haven't given it to the 1963 editions they have for sale. My conclusion, it must be the 1992 edition.

Never in doubt that this edition was published in 1992 but the book release year (first published) was 1963.
