Nora | 33 comments I only remember that the heroine has a child with the hero and keeps it a secret.
There is a scene in a hospital in which the child is in a critical condition and needs blood transfusion. There is this doctor (ow) who is in love with the hero. She suggests that the hero can give his blood but the heroine insists that he isn't the right one. She declines vehemently which leads to the other woman finding out that the child is his.
I've read the about 2 years ago.

Juels | 3314 comments Why would she insist the H wasn't the right one? Did she not know? Her child is in critical condition and she's going to lie about the father? Strange... Feel like we're missing something. Can you remember any other details? How did the doctor know the H? Any idea how old the child is? Boy or girl?

Nora | 33 comments I think h new that H didn't have the right blood type. Maybe she was scared that somebody would find out the connection between the child and H. Possibly through some typical scans. That's also the part I couldn't remember and figure out. I just remember that h strongly rejected his help because of fear someone would find out?
The doctor (ow) might have been the daughter of a family friend of H family.
The child is a boy and must be around 6-8 years old.
Sadly that's all I remember :/

Nora | 33 comments No it's not Foolish Games.
The one I'm looking for is where the hero only finds out about the Child in the middle of the story.

Rosa (rosaiglarsh) | 5384 comments I think that happens in Foolish Games, but if you don't think that's the one, we'll keep looking.

Nora | 33 comments @Reese Smith sadly it's also not the one

I remember that there was an ow who worked at the hospital in which the h/H's child was hospitalized
The ow was a doctor and in love with H
The H also only finds out about the child after or while the child was hospitalized
