We go by standard title convention, so words are capitalized, unless they are things like the/it/etc...Also, the cover shows the word Capitalized.

That's incorrect, this is done only in the English language. The rules also explicitly say that the titles have to match the rules of the respecting languages, see: "The title should be capitalized according to standard title capitalization for the language of the edition."

The title of this book is "Hvite niggere". No capital 'N'. That's just graphics for this particular edition cover. I know it's a little confusing, but basically, no 'N'. It's 'n'.
