Thanks, Meg.

Suranjana | 47 comments @Gary - I got a Lyn Cahoon mystery this time, "Farm to Fork" series which is a newly released one. I haven't read the tourist trap or the other cozies that you've mentioned. I marked them as to-read. I read a lot of romances and I am fond of cozies with a MC who has a steady relationship going on.

Sharon PLB (sharonlpb) | 234 comments Meg, I'm such a slowpoke this month! But I finally remembered to check our book pairs and saw your name after mine. I've heard of the Danger Cove mysteries here before, so I'm picking them for you. Sorry for the delay. I hope you enjoy them!

Sharon PLB (sharonlpb) | 234 comments And Danielle, as you can see, I'm even further behind than you. Thanks for picking Poirot for me. I'm looking forward to getting started over the Labor Day weekend.

In the series you picked for me the MC is happily married. I'm looking forward to reading other books by Lynn Cahoon.

Suranjana | 47 comments @Gary, then I am marking this one too. Happily married couples are always a delight to read; so much opportunities to grow, evolve and intertwine. Thank you thank you for all the suggestions.

Anytime. I find the Merry Wrath and High Heels series extremely funny.

Suranjana | 47 comments @Gary, I think the best funny and romantic cozy series that I have read was Duffy Brown's Consignment Shop Mystery Series. I really really like Southern humour. I like to explore cultures and places totally different from mine, through books, movies and music. Cozies (like all genres) are educational for me. :D

Not a problem! Thanks for the pick; it seems I only get back to the series when it gets chosen for me! So I'm very happy...

Love them both, esp. the High Heels series. Had followed that one from the start.

I have three or four more to read in the High Heels series. A Merry Wrath novel just came out and another is due out later this year.

It depends on your sense of humor. I also love the Gertie Johnson series by Deb Baker.

I will be starting the first of my two this weekend as soon as I finish the Nero Wolfe novel I'm reading.

A good, quite dense cozy mystery. My first read in the series, but I would be happy to read more.
