WorldCat has 446 pages. There is a another copy on WorldCat with 494 pages. Both have isbn 9781940026145.

Page 446 is in the middle of chapter 75. The Book has additional Chapters 76-85. Chapter 85 ends on page 475. An Epilogue which ends on page 489. An Author's note which ends on Page 494. This might be the reason why there's a copy with 494 pages. Acknowledgments which end on page 496. A page titled: "About the Author" on page 499.
