Looking for critique partner or beta reader

I'm looking for a beta-reader or critique partner. I have strong editing skills and am willing to work hard helping someone else attempting to get their manuscript ready for publishing. I'm only interested in readers/writers of literary or historical fiction.

I'm on a first round rewrite of a work of literary fiction set in a remote village in central China between 1959 and 1984. It's an epic story which is the first book in a series that culminates in present-day China. It follows the life of a peasant whose family is persecuted by two generations of a wealthy and powerful family. It's a dark, tragic story, but rich in characters and places and action. It's written in English with Western readers in mind (as opposed to most Chinese stories, which are translated into English and are often absurdist and stylistically unappealing to Western readers).
