Ok, I cannot remember much about this, but I am pretty positive it was a graphic novel. Aspects I remember clear as day are probably spoilers, so just incase, I'm going to presume everything I say from here on falls into that category.

Unicorns, in this majestic kingdom, are used as food but the child/teen princess hates that fact as she loves unicorns! Little does she know her favourite burger place uses unicorn meat. A ways off in a forest, a couple of Unicorns happen across a dead person, one of the unicorns eats the dead person and gets powers! What kind of powers? Not sure, I just remember them being humorous. He then decides to fight against humanity and kill them all off or something to that effect. At some point, I recall the princess and the unicorn joining forces, but I cannot remember clearly anything beyond this point. It was probably 15 years ago I read this as a kid.
