Your "wish list" is quite modest Brenda! Well done!

Thanks :) It's my TBR (owned) that I can't reduce! lol

I cant understand why I should put a book that I want to read one day on my too read shelf

This is how my TBR got so huge. The other day, I sorted my list by DateAdded and started removing books that have been on there from 2014 and 2015. I had no idea why I had added some of them but I must have believed that I would get through them all eventually!.

Sounds like me - I discovered shelves and how to set things up and rearranged everything.
I am now pruning my physical shelves at home - books I have sitting there for years and I am never going to read now - not even sure why they are there. The local charity shops have done very well

Nice one. As much as I love books, I hate cluttered unread shelves. The op shop customers will be thrilled.

The North Water by Ian McGuire 2 stars (disliked this one!)"
I got this on Overdrive for my husband, who will literally read anything, and never DNFs a book. But after a couple of chapters he said 'I can't read this'.
Now, this make me more curious to read it and many others have LOVED it. I think it will gross me out though.

Thanks Brenda - very helpful! Will go and look at those again.

Thanks Ace! So simple!

Sounds really positive Sally. I'm also slowly weeding my physical books that I've read that I don't need to hang on to for any reason (3 star read, not a gift, not terribly memorable, not wanting to re-read etc.) I've been adding them to the free little library I started in the lobby of my apartment building. The James Pattersons were very popular indeed!

Wow, that's awesome Diana, hope you can track some of them down this way. Book people are the best!

I also went through all my books and gave away so many, both read and unread. And now when I read books I give them away to someone el..."
Oh I just deleted it completely, that's all. If something is really good or I find it, I'll read it :)
Also if I'm doing a challenge I browse my bookshelves and see if i have books to meet it, and often will end up buying a some second hand. Browsing for books I need is fun.

Ha, ha! Yes we’re all addicted to book browsing 😊

I should have a look for you when I have some free time! Good idea Tracey :)

I agree with Suzanne. Our Souls at Night is too good to miss out on.

Oh my gosh Suzanne, yours was 1500? Woah, that would stress me out. Let us know if you want us to look over your list of 2000 ;-)

Your "wish list" is quite modest Brenda! Well done!
My "wish list" is for books I really want to read (I'll tidy that up next!)
