It's interesting, because I see all the claims of Jesus as no less miraculous and over the top as those of Moses and Elijah, or Noah and Abraham. If I doubt one then I easily doubt them all.
Consistency is what logically applies. The same goes for science and a clearly revealed God that we should fear.
I mock other religions AND atheism for not being consistent. I don't comprehend how your adult brain works Robert.

Blind faith is strange choice of words.
Believing avacodos rule the universe would require blind faith. But we have a fully revealed Word of God that heavily involves every aspect of human existence and reality. Love and meaning, good and evil. Consciousness and morality.

Under such a system, obviously humanistic, there is no bedrock and no appeal to anything outside the reason of groups of humans, which reason may be rejected by other particular humans, and so on ad infinitum. This provisional, wishy-washy, character leads to ultimate absurdity. It really amounts to a lifetime investment in ignorance. No way around it.

And you've read HOW MUCH Creation Science literature??? Actual science from a Christian Biblical point of view.
And you claim WE aren't looking carefully for truth. That's funny. That's like ignoring the Disciples because the Pharisees obviously have all of the answers traditionally.

Perfectly Good with infanticide???
Sin brought that about. Not perfect Goodness. Perfect justice perhaps-- but justice is seldom Goodness.?its reactionary to EVIL

We have to ask the question:
WHY did God kill, or allow Evil/Sin/Death etc to take the life of David's child. Did God throw a hissy-fit? Or keep His promise from Genesis and the Garden? Was He protecting the future (as He did with the tower of Babel?), Is taking the child to Heaven really a bad thing? Depends.
I would say that God removing life isn't good or evil. It's just His sovereign right as a deity over His creation. Similar to you building a robot and turning it on or off.
But if the creator says that for a Robot to turn another robot off or on is good or evil -- then so be it. We lack wisdom and knowledge.
But for US HUMANS to lose life is always bad. Life is everything we know and cherish. We can't just kill ourselves assuming we have full knowledge and understanding. Too many variables (quickly sending someone to Hell perhaps?).
Jesus Died for our eternal life: and yet Mother's now kill their own children for their current situation. We should always do like David did ---- put it in God's hands. Not TAKE IT in our own murderous hands.
Should we punish women who ONCE chose abortion? Not unless we choose to also punish ALL OF OUR MURDEROUS choices as well. The trick is to stop the crime BEFORE it happens - after is too late.

When you are asked to vote on this issue: that is your judging. And your responsibility. God's word isn't shy on these issues.
If it doesn't come up. Fight the battle that does. Biblically
We shouldn't expect the secular world to agree.
