GR shows 560, but the actual text of the book is 532. The rest of the pages are a discussion guide and preview for the second book.

If the discussion guide is for this book then it is included. The preview for the next book is not.

So what should the the page count be with the discussion, if applicable?

Well, the guide comes after the acknowledgments, but with those pages it's 538.
