Listopia - Best Books Ever Duplicates

There are too many duplicates in Listopia - Best Books Ever. When I checked the duplicates an error occured as "Goodreads request took too long." How can we solve this problem?

i have "checked for duplicates" a couple times now, it is working, but slowly, it is intended to timeout. i have found about 50

Also the list Deon linked to @3 gets an ERROR page when duplicates checked.

There is a bug preventing duplicates from being removed from lists at this time. We are looking into it.
