ABANDONED. Adult romance book, menage, characters working to restructure a hotel, possibly black cover

I read a book a couple of years ago. I remember that it started out with the guy driving in the rain. Him and a female co worker that he did not get a long with her working to re structure a hotel. I remember that his friend also met him to help with the kitchen. All three characters end up with each other. I know that the book has a sequel but I can not remember the name of the books or characters. Any help would be appreciated,

How long ago was "a couple of years?" 2--3--5--10? Do you remember anything about the cover? When you say "all three end up with each other" do you mean that this is a ménage romance?

I bought it back in 2011. Yes it was a menage romance. I think the cover was black but that is all that I remember about it. If I am remembering correctly the female at the end is crying in her office because she has to choose between the two men.
