MargieD2017 | 259 comments While the book is not an award-winning novel it nonetheless is a fun read. I am always able to visualize Dan Brown's places and action sections as if I was watching a film. I so appreciate his use of real places, in this case in Spain, that you can find on the internet and fall deeper into their spell as he weaves the tale. This particular novel focuses on the origin of life and then where is life going. The story builds well holding you in suspense to almost the very end. I thoroughly enjoy the Robert Langdon tales. 'Angels and Demons' has long been my favorite. Origin is a great summertime read with mild tension and suspense with a twist at the end that can surprise you. While fun, 'Angels and Demons' remains at the top.

Good review. I loved Angels and Demons and it remains my favorite of his but I have not yet read Origin.
