I totally agree with all of your answers. I really enjoyed the whole book. I'm actually now about 30% into book 2.
What chapter/page/percentage is everyone up to so far?
I am guessing at this but I think I am at about page 300?

I'm about 23% into the book. ( I wanted to get farther a long this past weekend but my daughter is teething and it was a bad weekend for her.)

Oh! The joys of motherhood:) I remember those days. Sometimes, there is nothing that can satisfy them and you feel so helpless.
She is my first so it's defiantly a learning curve for me.

II finished the book! And it was awesome!! In fact, I also read the next novella, In Time, and I loved it even more. I swear if the movie won’t turn out to be as good as the book, I’ll be SSO DISAPPOINTED. Also, I hate Ruby for doing that to Liam in the end. She didn’t have to! What do you guys say?

She was trying to protect him because she loves him.
I also agree that it was a great book!
I'm almost done with book, I need about 100 pages left.

I was angry with Ruby too but I’ve just finished reading the third book in the series and what a great ending.

Well without further adieu, the August book of the month is...
When Ruby woke up on her tenth birthday, something about her had changed. Something frightening enough to make her parents lock her in the garage and call the police. Something that got her sent to Thurmond, a brutal government “rehabilitation camp.” She might have survived the mysterious disease that had killed most of America’s children, but she and the others emerged with something far worse: frightening abilities they could not control.
Now sixteen, Ruby is one of the dangerous ones. When the truth comes out, Ruby barely escapes Thurmond with her life. She is on the run, desperate to find the only safe haven left for kids like her—East River. She joins a group of kids who have escaped their own camp. Liam, their brave leader, is falling hard for Ruby. But no matter how much she aches for him, Ruby can’t risk getting close. Not after what happened to her parents. When they arrive at East River, nothing is as it seems, least of all its mysterious leader. But there are other forces at work, people who will stop at nothing to use Ruby in their fight against the government. Ruby will be faced with a terrible choice, one that may mean giving up her only chance at having a life worth living.
