Susan Rubinstein | 16 comments Just started book one in series. My gosh, is the print tiny...making it very slow going. I own all four volumes. Need feedback...is series worth it? book one is a bit of a drag, and with the print size, if it doesn't improve, I may have to bag it and put the books up on paperbackswap.com

Brandon Harbeke | 15 comments The Alpha Quadrant stories are all pretty good. In Twilight, if the Vaughn/Prynn storyline is working for you, great. If it's not, it can be skipped, as it comes back and is recapped well enough in Book 4. This Gray Spirit's Gamma Quadrant story is also a "take it or leave it" type of story. Books 3 and 4 are both pretty good all the way through (and have normal print size, being less lengthy), driving you to Rising Son and Unity with some of the best momentum DS9 novels have had.
