A military joke to hope bring some smiles:
"A Sergeant was addressing a squad of 25 men and said, "I've got a nice easy job for the laziest man here. Put up your hand if you're the laziest."
24 of the men immediately raised their hands.
Just one man kept his hand down so the sergeant asked him, "Why didn't you put your hand up?"
The man replied, "It's too much effort raising the hand, Sarge."

Just saying hello to all veterans. 👋
It might come off as cheesy, I truly believed that everyday is Veterans Day. Regardless, I should have made a post that day. I am so far behind. My apologizes.

My dad and uncle served. I know other folks that served. I understand talking is not a fun idea.
Our goal here is to support all veterans. Periodically, I will post information related for veterans.
You have not been forgotten.
Today share is about the joys and helps pets can bring. This one person I know that served thought a dog would not help. However, it did. There are countless dogs and animals at the shelter looking for a loving and forever homes.
If you need any information about anything, let me know. I am a non- certified veterans advocate. I will never know what you went through. I say that loud and clear. I do know about the battle with having PTSD. I had this for over thirty years. A long time it was not diagnosis correctly. I am not saying this to force folks to talk. I understand most veterans feel a civilian could not help because they could not relate. That why I gave a small information about myself.
