Two of the editions of this are under two different pages.

Additionally the original publishing date on both is incorrect. According to the introduction of the edition I linked to the original published date was 1494 (with a printed version appearing in 1505),

Worldcat & the 2nd edition state the work is 1504. So I've gone with that.

Combined.
