SOLVED. Dystopian - woman drives camper van to cave. [s]

The only part of the story I can remember is the lead female driving a camper van/RV through the forest, there's a toxic cloud or rain or something coming so she goes into a cave. It's likely already on my read shelf but I can't find it from what little I can remember
