Reposting with more plot details because not figuring this out is driving me crazy! H/h meet at a camp for troubled teens, spend two weeks together and then move on. Run into each other on college campus, H has a girlfriend out of town (I think named Tiffany?) and h has a boyfriend that's casual out of town. They end up meeting at night for late night running and become close again...don't want to reveal too much and give out spoilers.
