Please add Sacrifices as book #3 in A Life of Death Series

I have two requests.

Firstly, the series name on this set of books is A Life of Death #1. Not sure why, but it should just be A Life of Death Trilogy.

Secondly, the third book hasn't been added to the series. It's Sacrifices, linked above.
