Please include ISBN (or ASIN) with all page numbering requests, even when linking to the book.

Book-in-hand outweighs everything else. Legato, is there anything after page 317 is your book, and can you please confirm what ISBN it has?

The numbering goes up to 317 though there are a few additional blank pages that might be where Felipe is getting his count. The ISBN is 978-1-59264-374-5
