Yes, Mr. Collins wants to marry one of the Bennet girls but not because he wants the Longbourn estate (that he already will own due to Mr. Bennet not having any male heir of his own and Mr. Collins being his closes male heir) but because he wants to show the Bennet family that he is 'nice' enough to marry one of the girls to avoid giving them problems in the future when he becomes the owner of Longbourn....
