I don't remember, it was a library book and I already finished it. I remember there was a thank you note and some blank pages. I took the number off of wikipedia so it might not be 100% accurate.

Though in the Tokyo Ghoul wikia page it also says 168 pages for the US version.

We don't count the blank pages, I think I will keep it at 159 pages for the moment.
