↳░ One thing to say about Mae's hair is that it isn't consistent. It's been brown, black, blonde, red, basically any colour you can name. Aside from that it's been short, long, straight, curly, wavy and medium length. Mae isn't attached to a certain style or colour, and she'll change it up for a part or because she feels like it. In fact, Mae's made it a ritual to dye her hair after a breakup with someone. Moving on with her hair equates to moving on with her life.

↳░ Mae's eye colour is another thing that isn't exactly consisted. While their natural pigment is a bright green, she'll often wear contacts that make them look blue or grey, or even brown, depending on how her hair is and what mood she's in. Her eyes are on the larger side and a sort of round almond shape, but they are proportionate to her heart-shaped face. She has naturally long, dark eyelashes and keeps her eyebrows in shape.

↳░ Although Mae's pale, even skintone has come from years of hard work, sunscreen, staying in the shade and a bit of foundation, all the work has paid off. Her skin is smooth and pale, with hardly a blemish to be seen. Although Mae has a few tattoos and small scars, they are in places that they aren't easily seen, and hardly take away from her otherwise clear skin.

↳░ Mae is a person of fairly small stature, standing at only five feet and three inches. She has a fairly curvy body, and certainly doesn't seem as short as she is, because she walks with confidence, and high heels. Or platform shoes. Or stilts. Well, she's never gone that far, but she does know how to walk in them. Mae's body is something she's proud of, because she works to keep not just her performance top-notch, but also in shape, and she's done a pretty good job of it.

↳░ Mae has two tattoos that could count as distinguishing. The first is a horseshoe on her right side, accompanied by the words "lucky you". She got this tattoo when she was 16, without telling anybody, and she doesn't regret it yet, so it couldn't have been that bad of a decision. The second tattoo she got in memory of her brother, at seventeen years old. Cherry blossoms were his favourite flower, and they planted a cherry blossom tree by his grave.

↳░ Mae's style tends to be reflective of whatever mood she's in. It ranges from tee-shirts and jeans to vintage dresses and skirts, really depending on how much effort she wants to put into her clothes that day. In any case, Mae's clothing is an expression of herself and her mood, and she won't listen to anyone telling her how to dress--unless it's for a role, and that person is the director or costume designer.

Mae tries to help others as much as she can, with any problems that they might have. A lot of people won't talk to her, or they'll think she's weird, but she always wants to help, if she can. She's the kind of person who will throw herself in front of a bullet to save someone else, the kind of person to try and comfort everyone else even when upset herself, without mentioning her own problems. Well, maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, since Mae values herself as well. And she's also a strong believer in personal heath and safety before others. But what good is an actress if she doesn't dramatize a few things? Mae loves performing and is a dramatic person, a gifted liar and actor. That's really all there is to acting, in her opinion, it's just lying. She's also a gifted singer, and her parents highly encouraged her to go into the musical theatre field of jobs. Mae's not afraid of talking to other people or strangers, she simply prefers to observe people, and to listen, at least when in groups. This being said, however, when she's alone with people she becomes a bit more vocal and talks a bit more, and she is an enjoyable person to be around, even being strongly opinionated.
Although she may not seem like it, Mae cares about what other think of her, and what they say. Even when she's not showing emotion or hurt, she's feeling it, and this is something that people often forget about her. While she's glad that people don't treat her like a delicate decoration, they often also forget that she isn't invulnerable. Once Mae makes up her mind, she tends to stick to what she decides. Whether she's right or wrong, and even if she knows she's wrong...well, she doesn't really like to admit it, so she sticks to the same opinion despite contrary evidence. This means that Mae won't back down in a fight, unless she absolutely has to, and for her, necessity is the difference between life and death. Yes, Mae tends towards the extremes of any certain situation, and it doesn't always work out well for her. Despite her compassion and caring personality towards people, one of Mae's many flaws is her impatience. She hates waiting for anything, and after about five minutes she usually starts to get irritated, meaning whomever she was waiting for is in for an unpleasant time, as she will really not be friendly or very polite. However, she isn't a hypocrite, and fully expects others to treat her the same way if she is ever late for anything; her parents always did so. Despite any of her negative qualities, Mae is generally a happy and optimistic person, and she seems to almost always be smiling, ready to take on almost anything with a smile and positive outlook. Almost anything.

No it's fine XDMae was just one of my projects I've got her history down but with that it's two parts and her history doesn't really work for this (in the way I wrote it) but seriously most of the time I won't put that much work into 1x1 characters I just thought I could reuse her. :)

Sorry that took so long I'm going to post in a minute, I just needed to let you know that starting tomorrow I'll be without internet for two weeks, but I'll reply as soon as I'm back.
Mae hated history. The subject, although, surprisingly, not the class. While she could memorize notes and lines in a heartbeat, somehow dates and names were, well...a lot harder. Half of it just didn't seem important. Sure, the wars were interesting, but memorizing all the people who had signed the declaration of independence? The day and time it was signed? Knowing all the presidents? When was she going to use information like that in her life? At least the teacher was hot. Sighing, Mae dropped her bag onto the back of her seat and leaned her head on her hand, elbow propped up on the desk. Her currently short blonde hair was falling in her face. She nodded slightly when a couple of her friends walked in, and completely ignored others. Well, other. Her ex, Brayden, pointedly stared at her while she looked away.
