I'm trying to find a book I read in high school, somewhere between 2005-2008, it may have been published earlier, but during that time a sequel was released.
It's most likely of the Christian fiction variety, catering for young adults.
The book started out about a teenage girl who had fallen pregnant to her boyfriend on youth camp or something, and hadn't told him. She later left for college and left the newborn girl with her parents who raised her. It fast forwards to a time when the baby girl had now grown up and it college aged and decides to search for her mother, she may even know where she is but just reaches out to her? I can't completely remember. The mother is a journalist in the Middle East I think.
Please help me find this book, I really loved it and it's been on my mind for years!
