Combine two books

Please can you combine my two books.

I had to cancel a pre-order but a profile for the book was created here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...

The book is now available, and the new page is created here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...

Please can you deleted the first profile as the version with that ASIN was never released, or combine, if that is the correct approach?

Needs to be combined then merged.

I've combined them but need to refer it to the supers as the deletee has too many adds.
