Sarah and Frank...did you notice any change in their relationship?

They are definitely getting closer. Sarah is still coming to terms with the loss of her husband, and I don't think anything will happen between them before his murder is solved. Then she will have closure and be able to move on with her life.

They're going at their usual snail pace, but they're getting closer.

It is at a snail’s pace and somehow that’s working for the story. In real life, it would have taken a long time for the romance to develop because of the differences in their social statuses.

I don’t think Frank is willing to move things forward until he’s certain Felix Decker had nothing to do with Tom’s murder.

I thought the end of the book was a step in the right direction!
