SOLVED. M/M - MC find a stranger sleeping in his barn? [s]

I've read this book a long time ago, maybe 2013 or later, I'm not sure.
The book is about guy who lives on a farm with his grandfather (I think). They are in the middle of nowhere, like hermits or something.
One day he finds a strange man sleeping in his barn. The guy doesn't explain what he is doing there. He starts to live with them.
I remember there is a scene where one of them falls with the tractor inside a lake and almost dies.
