Lily saw him trying to smile and giggled. It was hilarious, but she was trying not to show it.

Lily frowned. She shrugged her shoulders. Just then, the doorbell rang and Dudley was standing at the door. Lily sent a charm at the door and opened it.

Lily went to hug her uncle, who double back, shocked, with a Lily hanging onto his. She pulled away as her dad came through the hallway and stopped, them smiled. "C'mere, big D!!" he said running over to him and hugging him.

David smiled as he watched her. Ari and he had broken up and he still felt for lily, but he knew he had royally messed that up, and he had no chance at getting back together with her.

Lily smiled. She grinned even more when he almost said you. "So, what have you been doing, besides missing me?" she asked, bringing the patronus to David's nose.

The baby started laughing again. "Uncle Dudley, take your baby away, it's too cute for anything!!!" she yelled to him. He was talking to Harry, drinking probably rum.

David smiled and sat happily, but not entirely content.

Dudley laughed and walked over and got the baby. Lily smiled and nodded. "Thank you!!" she said. Dudley walked back over to Harry, just as the doorbell rang, announcing either Grandma Weasly and the rest of her aunts and uncles, or Uncle Ron and Aunt Hermione.

David looked towards the door, hoping it wasn't Ron and hermione. Rose still hadn't exactly cooled off about the whole "ari" thing.

Luna opened the door to find Ron and his family. Lily ran to go greet Rose and her aunt and uncle. Rose immediately frowned. "Why is he here?" she whispered violently. "Calm down, it's fine. I've moved on." she said quietly.

Rose still looked disgusted, so Lily ignored her and went to go sit with David again. To be honest, she wouldn't mind getting back together with him. Rose wouldn't approve, of course.
