David sat across from Ariella in the three broomsticks. He'd started talking to her at the beginning of the year and they'd gotten progressively closer. He knew that he was supposed to meet lily, but he'd promised to meet ari.

Once Lily got to the shrieking shack, she kicked a pile of snow and sprayed the walls of the shack with it. She sat down next to the fence and cried into her hands. "Obviously.." she kept muttering.

Lily sat there for the rest of her hour at school. Once she got up, she went to the Gryfinndor tower and talked and cried with her brothers and Rose. James, seeing it as an opportunity to rub it in her face that the whole potter third generation was officially single, he was asked very loudly by Rose to go away, which ended up as a very sore James in bed. Albus and Rose hugged Lily.
