I'm not sure what you are questioning, so I will explain the quote. A tavern is an inn that has a bar room. DnD is a tabletop roleplaying game that I play. 90% of your DnD campaigns start with your players meeting in a tavern. Barbarians are a class of character. They use weapons, but they don't wear much armour. They have a special option called rage that boosts their attack as long as the attack hits. It's a funny quote if you know what it means.
