I’m doing Romeo and Juliet and A Christmas Carol"
An Inspector Calls and Macbeth. Dark themes and murder... very good quality for reading, but to study and write a bunch of essays?
Supposed to do Jerkyll and Hyde this year but now exams are cancelled so my copy goes untouched.
Exams cancelled: so AIC and Macbeth quotes that haunt me the whole year gets wasted too... (:/

We're doing Power and Conflict, but we've only looked at Ozymandius, London, War Photographer and Remains

Yes, interesting, and much darker! But A Christmas Carol is a good one, less bleak, you know. And Macbeth is pretty creepy sometimes, and harder (though we might argue that's why it's intriguing). But anyway, best of luck!

Yeah doing AQA

I would still rather do Macbeth, because we studied it last year for a few weeks, and Romeo and Juliet just frustrates me so much sometimes

Oh Romeo and Juliet are just... I mean the characters. Lovesick, or that's not love at all, more like lust! They saw each other the first time and arrange a wedding less than an hour later. :/

And people call it "The Greatest Love Story" like please you probably haven't read it
