I have an author on my Want to Read list that shows up as "TEST". But when you clink on the link it does go to her author's page.

Is there somewhere I should ask to get this fixed?

From what you described, it does not sound like something librarians can assist you with. You'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page. Closing thread.
