There's another issue, a librarian deleted the ISBN from the default edition and added it to the edition to be merged.

Firstly the publisher is listed as "Del Rey" and they have not published anything since 2010.

whose ISBN matches the physical book that I am staring at right now that I bought from the bookstore over the weekend.
The ISBN on the 'wrong' entry doesn't bring up any valid source of existing. Both the regular one and the 13 one just crawl up copycat Goodread sites or for-sale sites with no picture of this supposed release-by-a-publisher-that-didn't-exist-when-it-came-out.

You scared me; I thought Del Rey had shut down, but it was just the manga division.
I have 4 books under my profile and haven't written any books. The 4 books are books that my mother is the author of so that is maybe how it happened as we share accounts on this computer.Her name is Grace Fabian and has written different versions of the
book:

It has its own ISBN. Looks like many other book sets. I see no reason to do anything to it.
I mistakenly created a second edition of this book. The Fifties: 80 Years of Popular MusicThis is the edition that needs to be removed.

Yes. The other edition had the title mis-spelled which is why I didn't find it at first. The different looking covers is due to the color of one being a bit off. If the one from my scan is more accurate, I'll replace it. They are the same book.
