That is not a duplicate, it is a different format. I have combined them.

It's a duplicate/placeholder with incorrect cover art and no ISBN/ASIN.

If you do a reverse image search it will show up on other sites, but as you can see here it's listed with the ISBN of one of the other editions with different (correct) art. So I believe this was just a placeholder.
