Marty was busy getting supper ready while Missie was bossing Clare around telling him that he wasn't doing it the right way.Marty hoped that Clark would hurry home.She wasn't herself anymore and she knew the reason why. Marty was releved when she heard clark pull up in the wagon and clare ran to see him. clare asked marty what was wrong and she told them i thinks it time and clark said that he was going to get the doc but marty insisted that he finish is supper but he didnt he told missie to watch clare while he went to get the doctor. Marty wanted ma to be there instead of the doctor so clark went and got ma instead of the doctor. it was another fine son. Marty knew that missie would be disspointed.
