This is a game that I thought of, not sure how many hits it's gonna get, but, let's give it a shot! Welcome to "What Do You Think About When..." and it goes a little somethin' like this!

1). WYTA when a tumbleweed goes by in a movie?
2). Wow, there must be a drought there. :P WYTA when you go to the zoo?

And so on... have a good time!! WYTA when you hear a storm warning?

Battening down the hatches, stocking up on food and banding together as a family and community. Also, getting out blankets and having clean water.

WYTA when a plane flies too close over your home?

"Ah, man, they're looking for me," Naw, just joking. LOL. I really think where they're headed to and what cargo they're carrying in such a hurry.

WYTA when the first day of Summer arrives?

[Irfken]

Honestly, nothing really witty or profound. We don't get the traditional four seasons here and thanks to global warming, the two that we do have been messed up this year. On the first hot day after a long cold spell, I dream about going to the community pool and I usually do end up going.

WYTA when someone stares at you longer than necessary?

[Joyce]

Complete and utter paranoia. I think "I must look funny in some way" or "they've heard something uncomplimentary about me."

WYTA you first wake up in the morning?

My family and going to get the mail. I love my family and I must say getting the mail is my dream come true for Mondays.

WYTA when you remember something funny and laugh in public?

[Anya]

I either think of a funny scene/line from a movie or something funny someone I know had said that say.

WYTA when you do the laundry?

[miscellaneous]

When I do the laundry, I swear I'm going to put it all away when I'm done, even though I never do. Ever.

WDYTA when you make a phone call and get put on hold for 20 minutes?

[Celia]

I just really wish I could talk to who I needed to.

WYTA when it snows?

[Kimberly]

Oh how pretty and I'm not driving any where until it clears.

WDYTA when you hear a baby crying?

[Celia]

I think about what the kid might need, but then I get annoyed.

WDYTA when you read sex scenes in novels?

[miscellaneous]

My first thought is... Holy Schmoley that's hot. My second thought is... yeah that could happen, she said sardonically). My third thought is... I wonder if I have any Oreos left.

WDYTA when you're at the dentist?

[Celia]

I try not to think about much at the dentist.

What do you think about when rereading an old favorite?

I think that I wish more books were like this.

What do you think about when you're in pain?

[Celia]

I think how this is the worst thing I've experienced, even when it's not.

What do you think about when you see ads for shows you'd never watch?

[miscellaneous]

I usually ignore them because I record everything and fast-forward through ads, unless I see something that appeals to me like a favorite actor, or animals doing silly things, or food. I can spot a pizza commercial at the speed of light.

WDYTA when you get a really bad haircut?

[Celia]

I wonder why I didn't go to my regular salon.

WDYTA when you can't fall asleep?

I stay in bed and read or watch tv until I finally doze off.

WDYTA when your alarm clock goes off in the morning?

[Celia]

I think about how much I want to try and shirk the day's responsibilities

WDYTAW you stay up late?

[Kimberly]

what I am going to do the next day and the day after.

WDYTAW you hear a choir singing?

I think, Oh how lovely! And sometimes, even though I'm not religious, it makes my eyes leak.

WDYTAW you when you have something to do that you really don't want to do?

[Kimberly]

I think about how much I really don't want to and hope it doesn't show on my face.

WDYTAW you walk into a grocery store and see long lines at almost every cash registrar?

[Celia]

Often I think about how I should probably come back later.

WDYTAW it's been raining for days on end?

[Kimberly]

I wish that it will stop and I hope that I do not have to go anywhere.

WDYTAW you hear people talking about a fight they saw on a reality show?

Honestly, I think... how stupid.

WDYTAW you hear people gossip?

[Joyce]

I listen if the subject interests me; if not I turn off.

WDYTAW you walk into a bar?

[Celia]

I think about how I probably shouldn't be there, because I'm underage.

WDYTAW you pack a bag?

I wish I hadn't but oh well.

WDYTAW you find crumbs in your bed?

[Celia]

I think about how I should probably change my sheets but I don't do it.

WDYTAW when your room or workspace is messy?

I go into another room.

WDYTAW you're running out of clean clothes?

[Celia]

How I probably should have washed stuff earlier.

WDYTAW when you see your favorite food?

[Kimberly]

I want some.

WDYTAW you hear a dog barking?

I think how cute that dog must be.

WDYTAW when you smell skunk?

I think... poor little skunk, and then I run around the house and close all the windows.

WDYTAW it's Labor Day?

[Celia]

I think how I'm happy to have a day off.

WDYTAW your prescription medicine runs out?

[Kimberly]

That it's time for a refill.

WDYTAW you smell a rotten egg?

[Celia]

I think about sulfur.

WDYTAW you can't sleep?

I don't think about anything when I can't sleep. I just put in a movie, like WALL E or Maleficent and gradually doze off.

WDYTAW your'e about to have company and really don't feel like having company?

[Kimberly]

I hope that the company doesn't stay long.

WDYTAW you see someone young wearing a very expensive piece of clothing?

[Celia]

I really don't think anything.

WDYTAW when you're starting to get a cold?

[Kimberly]

I hope it doesn't last long.

WDYTAW you hear the word fame?

[Celia]

I think about celebrities and how I try to not involve myself in all that drama.

WDYTAW when there's nothing but reality shows on TV?

[Kimberly]

Turn off the TV and either eat or get on the computer.

WDYTAW you hear the world Hurricane?

[Celia]

I worry about wherever it is, but I don't really think about it because I'm in Chicago.

WDYTAW when you're in a big city?

[Kimberly]

It's so big and artsy.

WDYTAW the power goes out?

[Celia]

I need to see who else lost power in the neighborhood.

WDYTAW it's 3:00 am and something wakes you up and it's impossible to fall back asleep?

I wonder what was that something that woke me up and if someone is trying to break in or is it my mind playing tricks on me.

I cringe inside! Lol!

WDYTA when you finally have money to buy that thing you've been wanting and they no longer have it?

I am annoyed but get over it.
