Does the numbering start with the introduction, or is that unnumbered (or numbered with roman numerals)? From WorldCat, it looks like they are roman-numerated, which we do not count. Page count change reverted.

I've seen books on GR that included the Roman numeral pages before, is not including them a standard policy?
